Transora Partners exists to help business owners navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives: transitioning out of their business.

Who Are We?

Transora Partners is a transition-focused firm providing capital and strategic advisory services to owner-led and family-run businesses that have historically lacked access to institutional-level resources. We deploy transition capital to help build sellable businesses—and acquire those that are already positioned for succession—enabling retirement for the owners behind them and preserving the jobs and legacies they’ve created.

The Problem We Are Solving.

After more than a decade spent across the lower middle market, starting businesses, advising owners, buying companies and evaluating countless others — time and time again we watched businesses fail to sell for the same reason: they simply weren’t sellable.

These were real businesses. Owner-led, family-run, built by dedicated teams and essential to their communities. But without the right preparation—or the right partner—they became stuck, gradually declining until many were forced to close rather than sell.

We founded Transora to directly solve this gap: helping owners build businesses that can genuinely be sold, and acquiring those ready for transition now.

Our mission is to fundamentally change how retiring small business owners exit—giving them the professional support, capital, and clarity they need to confidently move into their next chapter, while preserving the jobs and legacies they’ve spent a lifetime creating.
